My last injection was November 2017 and i decided to rest for a quarter and see what the impact is. In fact, studies on vegetarian and low-fat diets both show reduced testosterone levels of about 12 percent. There are several different hormones your physician should measure, but the most important two are your free testosterone and estrogen levels, because converting too much testosterone to estrogen is a problem that’s different from not making enough testosterone in the first place.
